Back Packing with your Alaskan Malamute is sooo much fun.  Living wild on the hills is so rewarding.

Mackenzie on an over night 30 mile trip. Lake District.
Denali on 4 lots of 10, in Burham, Aviemore, Goxhill and Lake District.
Alpine on a 6 miler in Norway in the snow.  Kebne March 2019 with 3 Kg pack training in Sweden
Glacier & Kebne together in U.K on 2nd Birthday at 30% packs, this was their first back pack together.

Kebne and Bisko then do 3 legs together of 10 miles minium each with Biskos first go on her own and BOOM! she has her first American title in 2026.  Just in time before she became ready to be mated for our next generation.

We follow the AMCA the American Malamute Club's rules and regs all with GPS evidence and maps etc to claim these awards.  They are a fab way to get out and about and enjoy the countryside.    You do not have to be a member to take part and you will recieve a loved certificate from America if all your paperwork is accepted.  Please read the rules carefully and ask questions if not sure.  Man made surfaces are no longer allowed.  There is a UK scheme for back packing and has an easier level to start.  This is with the Alaskan Malamute working association and requires a membership. Same kind of scheme again for back packing.
